Off-the-shelf software asks you to change how you work. Sometimes that trade is worth making. When it isn’t — because the process is the differentiator, or the constraints are genuinely unusual, or the compliance surface is specific to your industry — the alternative is a system built to fit.

We build those systems end to end: data model, domain logic, API surface, integrations, and the operational tooling that makes it maintainable after we leave.

How we work

Requirements are captured as a written specification before implementation begins, and that specification remains the reference document for the life of the build. Domain logic is kept independent of frameworks and vendors, so that swapping a database, a queue or a model provider later is an additive change rather than a rewrite. Test suites are written against the specification, not against the implementation, which is what makes them meaningful when requirements change.

What you receive

Working software, the specification it was built from, a current-state handover document describing what is real and what is stubbed, and the test suite that proves it. Everything runs on infrastructure you own or control.
