Two reasons organisations bring AI infrastructure in-house: the data cannot go to a third party, or per-seat pricing has stopped making sense. Both are good reasons, and both are usually blocked by the same thing — nobody internally has done it before.

We provision and configure complete self-hosted AI stacks: model serving or gateway, retrieval over your own documents, tool and connector layer, and the reverse proxy, certificates and hardening required to run it safely.

Provisioned as code, not by hand

Deployment is scripted end to end, so the environment can be rebuilt from scratch and does not depend on undocumented manual steps taken once. TLS with automatic renewal, basic intrusion protection, and container restart policies are part of the baseline rather than follow-up work. Credentials remain in your environment throughout.

Retrieval that reflects your organisation

A general model that has never seen your documents is of limited use. We build the ingestion and retrieval layer — parsing, chunking, embedding and search across your actual material — so that the assistant answers from your records rather than from general knowledge.

Delivered as a working stack with documentation, and optionally maintained under retainer.
